Available Infrastructure as per NCTE Regulations

We are proud to affirm its unwavering commitment to providing a superior learning environment for aspiring educators. We understand that a robust infrastructure is fundamental to delivering quality teacher education, and we have meticulously ensured that all our facilities adhere to the comprehensive norms and regulations set forth by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) in its Regulations.

Our institution stands as a testament to the highest standards of educational provision, equipped with modern amenities designed to foster academic rigor, practical skill development, and holistic growth. We are confident that our infrastructure provides an optimal setting for our students to thrive and become competent, compassionate, and skilled teachers.

As per the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, we are equipped with the following essential infrastructural facilities:

I. Land and Built-up Area:

• Adequate Land: We possess adequate amount of well-demarcated land, exclusively designated for our teacher education programs, as per NCTE stipulations for our intake capacity.

• Sufficient Built-up Area: Our built-up area is adequate and is designed to accommodate all necessary instructional, administrative, and support facilities, with ample space for future expansion if required. The building is a permanent structure, with a valid building completion certificate from the competent civil authority.

II. Instructional Facilities:

• Classrooms: We have the required number of well-ventilated and spacious classrooms, each adequately equipped to accommodate the prescribed number of students per unit (one classroom for every 50 students).

• Multipurpose Hall: A grand Multipurpose Hall with a seating capacity of 500 and a proper dias is available for seminars, workshops, cultural events, and other large gatherings.

• Library-cum-Reading Room: Our extensive Library-cum-Reading Room provides a rich collection of books, journals, periodicals, and digital resources, supporting diverse academic needs and encouraging a culture of continuous learning.

• ICT Resource Centre: A well-equipped ICT Resource Centre with modern computers, internet connectivity, and relevant software facilitates technology integration in teaching and learning. This includes provisions for PWD.

• Curriculum Laboratory: A dedicated Curriculum Laboratory offers hands-on experience with various teaching aids, curriculum materials, and pedagogical tools.

• Art and Craft Resource Centre: This vibrant center encourages creativity and artistic expression, providing resources for developing skills in art, craft, and aesthetic appreciation.

• Health and Physical Education Resource Centre (including Yoga Education): Promoting holistic well-being, this center is equipped with resources for health education, physical fitness activities, and dedicated spaces for yoga education.

III. Administrative and Support Facilities:

• Principal's Office: A well-appointed Principal's Office ensures efficient leadership and administration.

• Staff Room: A comfortable and conducive Staff Room is available for faculty discussions, preparation, and relaxation.

• Administrative Office: Our fully functional Administrative Office handles all institutional operations, ensuring smooth functioning.

• Visitors' Room: A designated Visitors' Room provides a welcoming space for guests and official meetings.

• Students' Common Rooms (Separate for Male and Female): We provide separate, well-maintained common rooms for male and female students, offering a space for relaxation and informal interaction.

• Seminar Room: A dedicated Seminar Room facilitates presentations, group discussions, and academic deliberations.

• Canteen: A clean and hygienic canteen facility caters to the refreshment needs of students and staff.

• Separate Toilet Facilities: We ensure separate and well-maintained toilet facilities for male students, female students, staff, and specially abled persons (PWD).

• Parking Space: Adequate parking space is available for students and staff.

• Store Rooms: Two secure store rooms are available for the organized storage of institutional materials and equipment.

• Multipurpose Playfield: A spacious Multipurpose Playfield promotes physical activity, sports, and outdoor recreational pursuits.

• Games Facilities with a Playground: We provide various indoor and outdoor games facilities, complemented by a dedicated playground.

• Safeguard against Fire Hazard: Comprehensive fire safety measures and equipment are installed throughout the building to ensure the safety of all occupants.
